Refund & Returns Policy


We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Phantom.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
